Duties & Responsibilities
  • Aid assembly of machines from start to finish according to engineering drawings, using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
  • Support installation electrical components, such as motors, switches, sensors, and PCB boards following wiring diagrams.
  • Assist in alignment and fit parts according to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve assembly issues
  • Assist in the development of assembly processes and procedures
  • Perform regular maintenance on machines and equipment
  • Troubleshoot assembly problems and recommend solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Preferably 1-2 years in an automotive/manufacturing industries
  • Experience working in fast pace, dynamic environment, with limited supervision: self-starter.
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a cross-functional team.
  • Possess leadership skills and ability to be led in a manner that is healthy to our gifted and rich culture.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with automated assembly lines
  • Solid understanding of quality control standards

  • Must be able to access and navigate all areas in the facility and access all machinery.
