POSITION TITLE:Associate, Solutions Delivery
LOCATION:National- must live inside United States
REPORTS TO: Senior Director, Solutions Delivery
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Per Scholas has embarked on an exciting growth strategy where a key pillar is successfully delivering training that directly reflects employer demand, specific client requirements, and hiring trends in technology roles. Per Scholas seeks an Associate, Solutions Delivery to play a supporting role in driving client satisfaction.
The Associate, Solutions Delivery will support the Solutions Delivery team, including two Solutions Delivery Directors and one Project Director helping meet client requirements and requests for successful delivery and service recovery.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with client related delivery questions, issue escalation, and change requests.
- Secondary point of contact for Per Scholas colleagues and clients for implementation, management, delivery, and service recovery of client-defined programs.
- Support the project management team to ensure the successful implementation of client requirements and interact with internal parties involved in the successful delivery of the client program.
- Support Solutions Delivery Directors on tracking and evaluation of cohorts, reporting, and issue escalation and resolution.
- Help evaluate the information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of the clients' business requests and needs and translate them into applicable operational requirements.
- Partner with project managers to translate documented business and operational requirements into an actionable project plan.
- Support implementation of large-scale solutions across multiple geographies, learning modalities, and courses that both meet client needs and balance local needs.
- Work cross-functionally across curriculum development, recruiting, admissions, technical instruction, and various other teams in support of successful implementations
- Maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by acting as the client advocate on operational and service management matters.
- Help with service requests, incidents, and problems for the clients you manage, working with internal partners to develop innovative solutions.
- Cultivate relationships with operational stakeholders and extend business partners.
- Assist with the prioritization and ensure the delivery commitment based on capacity and business value to the organization.
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with Sales and Account Management Teams, the National Training Team, and Campus Leadership.
- This position will interact with both local campus colleagues as well as functions ranging from recruiting, admissions, technical instruction, and professional development coaches.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO US
Professional Qualifications
- You have 1 year in a role where you have been exposed to building client relationships, supporting implementation and assisting in escalating any service issues.
- You have excellent oral and written communications skills and are an effective communicator.
- High level of detail orientation
- Strong organizational skill
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, collaborative
- You have some knowledge of how to document business processes and operational requirements
- Data-driven
- Data Analysis

For this role specifically, we are targeting a range between $50,000/year and $60,000/year, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides, and alignment with qualifications and experience.
