Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of Production and Technical Innovation, the Senior Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist plays a crucial role in standard data processing, statistical analyses, and report creation. In addition to the existing responsibilities, this position is integral to advancing reporting processes, recommending upgrades, and contributing to the continuous improvement of data-related functions. This position is well suited for a candidate who is looking to build upon already gained great experience, who is still looking for room for growth. This role will suite a middle level, eager to grow Data Scientist Associate. This position lies in a salaried annual range within the fifty-sixty thousand(s). Responsibilities:
- Continuous Improvement in Data Processing:
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance data processing workflows.
- Investigate and evaluate new technology tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in data processing.
- Propose and implement upgrades to existing data processing methods.
- Statistical Analysis:
- Go beyond standard statistical analyses to provide deeper insights into data trends.
- Innovative Report Creation:
- Collaborate with the Client Service Directors & Design Team to innovate and improve PowerPoint report shells.
- Explore and implement new reporting software solutions to enhance the presentation and visualization of analytical results.
- Data Upload and Integration:
- Ensure consistent data upload to the Data Intelligence Database.
- Explore and recommend new methods or tools for data integration and consolidation.
- Advanced Programming of Screeners and Questionnaires:
- Program screener surveys and questionnaire surveys with a focus on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Explore and recommend advanced programming techniques or tools for improved screener and questionnaire setup.
- Salesforce Optimization:
- Optimize the setup of Salesforce for efficient recruitment processes.
- Explore and implement enhancements in Salesforce functionality for improved data handling.
- Real-Time Reporting Solutions:
- Investigate and implement real-time reporting solutions to provide timely insights during data collection processes.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of real-time reporting tools.
- Project Closure and Reconciliation:
- Lead the close and reconciliation processes for projects after the test day.
- Identify areas for improvement in project closure procedures and recommend enhancements.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of a four-year Bachelor of Arts/Science degree
Experience with the following programs:
- Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Note etc.)
- Power BI
- Rosetta Studio a plus or any other report population program
- Decipher knowledge a plus or any other survey programming software
- XML or HTML
- Python knowledge a plus but not required
- WinCross
