Position Responsibilities
Gather data and identify root causes to issues, working with different teams to provide analysis and recommendations.
Create, summarize and evaluate weekly and monthly reporting to identify areas of improvement.
Collaborate with department managers to offer feedback on recent actions for executive leadership.
Review customer comments and provide a weekly report with items for improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or mathematics.
Relevant work / internship experience preferred.
Experience in Excel, SQL, Power BI or other analytical tools a plus.
Clear and concise communication skills.
