What’s involved in this role:
We are looking for a Environmental Social and Governance Reporting Analyst .
- Lead SMETA audit processes throughout the organization.
- Oversee reporting processes and system enhancements.
- Establish and maintain a cooperative relationship with different organizations the company collaborates with at the national and international level to seek alliances and coordinate joint Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) strategies. Follow reporting trends and developments in the ESG data disclosure landscape, benchmark standard methodologies and peers, and provide recommendations to facilitate process improvement.
- Develop an efficient system to consolidate customer questionnaires to ensure we are providing complete information to customers while improving efficiency.
- Develop and update reporting timelines and requirements, ensuring awareness and accountability on key project milestones.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative information from internal partners across the enterprise.
- Provide support on projects related to ESG reporting, materiality assessments, writing sustainability proposals & reports, and setting goals.
- Collaborate across the business to drive streamlined data collection, storage, validation, and submission for external disclosures including GRI, CDP, TCFD, SBTi, SDP, executive updates, customer reports and annual ESG report.
- Procure project quotes as well as work with contractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and deliverables.
- Responsible for customer sustainability surveys as well as manage survey response data.
- Travel to plants in the US and Canada as needed to conduct audits, for data collection, and to form/maintain connections with Agropur facilities.
- Coordinate with upper management to review and modify company environmental, social, and ethical policies/initiatives to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Work fully remote
What you need to join our team:
- Fluent in French and English .
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time to both the US and Canada facilities. Bachelor
- ’s Degree in Environmental, Science, Agronomy, Engineering or sustainability-related field preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years of administrative or project coordinator experience required.
- Knowledge of data analytics preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
