Associate Project Director

We are seeking an Associate Project Director to Design, build, implement and evaluate customized solutions that assist organizations in improving productivity, while supporting our Consulting team.

The Associate Project Director is responsible for supporting the Project Director through the client relationship from the origination of the opportunity to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the completed body of work. Responsibilities include supporting the Project Director to achieve financial improvement, superior client relationship management and successful project management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver quantifiable and sustainable value for clients that is reflected through the income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, as well as quality of life through assisting the Project Director on varied deliverables. This is achieved through the successful development, implementation, training and evaluation of solutions to client challenges.
2. Responsible for the daily time entry and weekly invoicing of billable work completed on all assigned.
3. Responsible for clear and concise communication with all Project Directors, Clients and Innovative Services Manager.
4. Manage the assigned body of work, providing high quality and on-time delivery. Follow established Cogent processes for client and project engagement. Solutions will come from a wide range of areas including but not limited to business development, organizational engineering, operations management, financial management and strategic planning.
5. Review and disseminate information from financial reports and apply this operational improvement deliverables on behalf of the client.
6. Help to build and maintain the solution library to efficiently develop solutions.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Authorized to work in the United States.
2. Minimum of two years of operations work experience with a proven track record of delivering value.
3. Administrative duties completed in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
5. Advanced computer skills. (Microsoft Suite, financial software, dashboards, CRM’s and project management software)
6. Advanced Excel skills
