ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a strategic, consultative and driven Associate Partner, Client Services to join the team. This role requires a blend of critical thinking, creative competence, and exceptional strategic client leadership and is charged with the health and growth of our client relationships as well as the ability to nurture new leads and pursue new and exciting work.
We're looking for a leader-the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing client relationships, fostering relationships, digging deep into client businesses to become an indispensable partner to clients.
This candidate should be curious, incisive and bring in-depth understanding of the client's business as well as the core disciplines at VSA-including strategy, design, and digital-and how these disciplines can be leveraged to solve real-world business problems for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategically manage and cultivate relationships as a strategic advisor to become an indispensable partner to senior clients
- Demonstrate a keen understanding of digital capabilities and proven experience in growing digital offerings
- Leadership in nurturing strong internal teams and ability to drive change within teams
- Best in class account management practices
- Collaborate closely with Practice Leads and Partners to drive the strategic business opportunities within the department.
- Identify and capitalize on organic growth opportunities, driving initiatives forward with strategic precision.
- Lead large, complex projects and accounts across varied industries, bringing teams along, while driving creative and strategic excellence
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, with recent agency or consultation practice exposure and a strong digital and branding knowledge.
- Proven track record of client service excellence
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with an ability to communicate and present effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate while aligning with client needs and organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
- Dedication to high-quality work and collaborative relationship-building across all levels, internal and external..
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working independently and within team environments, maintaining a proactive approach to achieving results.
