Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all working personnel

- Recruit and train new staff
- Review costs to optimize budget planning
- Enforce department policies and procedures
Qualifications:- Previous experience as a supervisor or manager
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
