Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) is seeking a full-time veterinary Customer Service Representative for Greenock Farm Veterinary Hospital in Midland, NC.

Who is the MVP at AVP? YOU ARE!
This MVP plays a key role in the hospital's success. While this position does not have any clinical duties, the CSR will work together with Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and Hospital Managers.
Job Description:
- Welcoming and checking in patients and their owners.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records and owner information as needed.
- Assisting in scheduling appointments to ensure our patients receive timely care.
- Processing payment transactions to keep things running seamlessly.
- Properly Prepare Prescriptions
- Confirm appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
At least one year of practicing in a veterinary clinic is preferred. Perfect opportunity for an emerging assistant who wants to be mentored by a great medical director.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses knowledge of animal health care, animal restraint techniques, and surgery preparation, in addition to being detail-oriented and having excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
