We are looking to hire a full-time, coachable, and goal-obsessed leader to fill the Associate Membership (Sales) Director role. The Associate Membership Director will maximize membership growth and recruitment through successfully forming and executing sales and marketing efforts, developing and maintaining strategic relationships, and participating as a member of a high-performance sales team. This role performs all aspects of sales including, but not limited to, performing daily sales calls, generating qualified leads, executing marketing campaigns, actively developing and participating in networking events, and achieving monthly sales goals.
Compensation: A 90-day stipend equivalent to a $50,000 base will be guaranteed as a draw against commissions. After 90-days the compensation is based on performance and includes an annual base salary of $32,012 plus bonuses and commissions which are paid every two weeks. Annual earning potential ranges from $55 - $75K.
