We combine Exercise, Heat and Infrared absorption to help torch calories, tone up, and flush toxins! Our studio features 24-hour access to unlimited heated sessions ranging from 40 minute isometric workouts such as Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates and Hot Barre as well as 15 min HIIT sessions with Hot Cycle and Hot Blast! Join us in providing people more workout in less time utilizing virtual instructor-led workouts in a semi private environment; suitable for individuals at all fitness levels!

We have needs for part-time Trainer Sales Associates for our Bloomingdale, IL fitness studio. Our ideal candidates will have a proven track record of over-achieving quotas in commission-based sales environments where 5-star customer service is the standard.

Responsible for both inside and outside Membership Sales, a HOTWORX team member will:

• Retain and grow our membership base by generating and following through on studio generated leads

• Sell memberships and do the necessary prospecting and outside promotions for new members. Achieve all Membership Sales goals.

• Ensure that minimum requirements for prospecting are met monthly.

• Assist with social media engagement posts, promotions and on-going ad campaigns by providing insight on results, ideas and more to increase traffic and promote online engagement.

• Review and update Studio Prospecting/Client tracking logs daily to ensure proper exercise of prospecting duties and follow to increase sales opportunity and personal commissions. This includes new member follow up, new guest tracking, etc.

• Conduct community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new members

• Provide ongoing 5-star customer service within the studio

• Sell HOTWORX merchandise and clothing

• Initiate and promote member engagement through personal interactions and social media

Experience Desired:

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
