Associate Marketing Manager (Full Time)
Must be Located in California, Colorado, Arizona, or Texas
CoachNow is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to assist in scaling our growing marketing department. We’re looking for a data driven marketer who has direct experience working in the fitness industry, and who can speak personally to the needs of coaches in skill sports.
At first, the role will focus mostly on email marketing. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to learn, audit, and ultimately own core CRM processes. You’ll also assist in the creation of written content in the form of blogs, website copy, social media posts, product onboarding, and email campaigns.
As you grow in the role, you’ll use your attribution and data skills to analyze, visualize, and advocate for multi-media marketing campaigns to help grow CoachNow. You’ll dive deep into our users to understand the needs of our audience. You’ll follow the data and lead initiatives to run new marketing experiments and expand our audience.
In the long-run, your role will become more flexible. You’ll need to be self motivated to scope and own projects that complement your skill set and career goals. We want someone who is, above all, willing to learn what’s needed to help scale the marketing department in 2024 and beyond.
