Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You'll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Wish.com, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

As the Social and Community Associate Coordinator , you will lead and drive the growth across all of our social platforms. If you are a passionate social marketer that is creative, self-motivated, and driven by results, this role is for you. 

Responsibilities

• Own the Social Media content calendar across all platforms:  Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, etc. to significantly scale and grow audience and community engagement for the brand
• Create content to launch across all platforms to align with business and marketing priorities
• Stay on top of  trends and the social landscape to develop and create innovative new ideas and content that will drive growth within the social and community landscape 
• Determine & maintain KPI/measurement frameworks 
• Analyze results to iterate on the strategy to better utilize our social channels to drive traffic, engagement, and awareness
• Consistently monitor and engage in social community listening and conversations

Desired Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience (Social Media and community) marketing, preferably with a fashion/apparel e-commerce and/or DTC company 
• Able to demonstrate strategies for drastically growing audiences across Social Media channels including IG, TikTok, Pinterest, etc., with examples of successful KPI achievements relating to growth and engagement.
• Ability to independently source new and existing engaging content to create jpg, gif, or video posts using in-app features and/or software
• Up-to-date knowledge on current events, Social Media trends, and popular influencers
• Familiarity with the use of Social Media reporting platforms e.g. Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.
• Self-starter, ability to lead innovative, entrepreneurial efforts, and drive for excellence
• Creative, with extreme attention to detail, and highly organized.
• Able to function independently, as well as collaboratively with other team members
