Associate Manager, Social Media  (12-Month Contract) - Remote US

Position Summary: 

The Associate Manager, Social Media will be the voice of our brands across various social platforms, engaging with our customers and stakeholders in both the B2C and B2B arenas. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, driving Social Media strategies, and analyzing the performance of our digital campaigns to enhance our brand presence and support our marketing goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and implement cohesive Social Media strategies for multiple retail brands that aligns with the brand identities, company goals, and customer engagement tactics.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent message and aesthetic across all digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Manage and execute a content calendar for each brand that is designed to highlight our presence in both retail and foodservice industries.
  • Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with influencers, industry experts, and brand ambassadors to widen our reach and enhance our brand credibility.
  • Monitor online widgets for social and reviews integrations, and devise strategies to optimize the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Social Media, design tools, and applications.
  • Measure the success of Social Media campaigns, analyze data, and use insights to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee and manage the Social Media budget, ensuring a high return on investment.

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Social Media role, preferably within the CPG or Food and Beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in using Social Media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels and branding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
