**Neuro-Hospitalist opening in Des Moines, Iowa** **Position Details:** - Full-time, permanent position - Employed - Established and reputable multi-specialty hospital with extensive subspecialty representation in the outpatient office - Joining two full-time neurohospitalists with expanding inpatient services - Rounding nurse and ARNP support - Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination - EMU/inpatient continuous EEG monitoring available - State of the art Emergency Department - Teaching opportunities with University of Iowa affiliation - Currently a Primary Stroke Center with plan in process to become Thrombectomy-Capable Comprehensive Stroke Center - Competitive salary, signing bonus and comprehensive benefits package including annual CME, 401k with match and malpractice coverage! **Qualifications:** - MD or DO - Stroke Fellowship training preferred - Board Certified/Board Eligible - Hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine and surgery in the state(s) in which physician provides services - Eligible to work in the United States **About the Group:** A non-profit 900-member physician group practice serving 2,000,000 patients from 280 locations in Iowa and Illinois.
