About the Role

The Associate Manager is a key support role within the Retailer.com function and wider Orveon Revenue organization. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination, and audit of the Amazon site’s product launches, catalog maintenance and marketing initiatives. This role will support the Director of Retailer.com in driving the growth of the Amazon business for BareMinerals and Buxom, while also collaborating cross-functionally to execute implementation and optimization strategies internally with our Marketing, Planning and Customer Service (order creation) teams, and externally with Amazon and our agency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute daily tasks on Amazon Seller Central reporting sales and monitoring Buy box
  • Monitor day-to-day inventory levels, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SKU issues that impact our ability to sell on Amazon
  • Stay up to date on changes to Amazon policy and modify listing & shipping plans accordingly with support of agency and internal teams
  • Relationship Management:
    • Assist the Director in managing relationships with Amazon and agency
    • Communicate regularly regarding product uploads, content optimization, overall business operations, shipping updates, inventory availability, etc.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, promotional activities, and product launches
    • Set up promotions and execute product launching strategy for new products
    • Create, prepare, and maintain Amazon marketing exposure tracker, and launch calendars. Regularly update Integrated Marketing calendar.
    • Assist in managing asset needs for the product page; track requests and escalate delivery concerns
  • Content Optimization:
    • Manage & optimize product details page (e.g., images, descriptions, bullet points, videos, Premium A+ content, etc.) and uploads for active, discontinued and new products
    • Resolve catalogue issues (e.g., incorrect product details, consolidate duplicate listings)
    • Maintain pulse on competitors and keep up to date with marketplace changes/trends
    • Monitor performance and feedback on each listing, investigate claims of customer feedback
  • Asset Management and Creative Briefs:
    • Assist in managing asset needs for the product page; track requests and escalate delivery concerns
    • Lead creation of creative briefs and keep track deliverables
    • Review new launch assets and copy with Retailer.com & NAM Brand Marketing team for approval and provide feedback to creative/copy when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years overall experience, 1+ years of experience working with a brand on Amazon through Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA environment
  • Passion for beauty and ecommerce
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field of study
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Proficient in Excel must be able to do VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other basic formulas
  • Highly organized, self-starter and self-motivated with teamwork spirit
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity & work across teams to develop clarity
  • Effective prioritization skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics

 

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position.

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.

The pay range for this position is $69,000 – $104,000.

The range listed is just one component of Orveon’s total compensation package for employees. For full time positions other benefits include competitive bonuses, a generous Paid Time Off policy, Medical Benefits, Parental Leave, 401K, Gratis, Hybrid Working Environment, Summer Fridays, and Employee Discounts.
