Join our progressive team as an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing!
Description:
- Work with the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, and partner cross-functionally with the larger Marketing and Merchandising teams to evolve strategic Diversity, Equity & Inclusion marketing initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives including, brief development, messaging approach and go-to-market plans.
- Support marketing efforts to help grow awareness of brands with a focus on nurturing emerging black-owned and founded brands.
- Analyze performance and learnings from previous DEI campaigns to inform future strategies and executions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of marketing experience.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies.
Details:
- Shift: Monday - Friday, Days
- Pay: $31/hour
- Full-time, Contract, On-Site
