Associate Landscape Client Representative

Job Description:

Associate Landscape Client Representative is a training position for a future client manager position. Associate Client Representatives will observe and assist existing Client Representatives in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and internal staff. In addition to client management responsibilities, Associate Client Representatives will work intensely within the various departments that represent Designs by Sundown to better understand our processes and types of work that we perform.

Compensation: $50,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

• Shadow and work alongside Client Representative throughout the year
• Work alongside crews and service departments to improve understanding of services we provide
• Develop strong relationships and trust with clients
• Assist with frequent client communication by providing weekly updates on property status
• Shadow Client Representatives on leads for new maintenance contracts and client meetings
• Conduct property inspections on a regular basis (Every 1-2 weeks)
• Assist with seasonal color bidding, ordering and installation
• Communication with client, crew, and Client Representative
• Assist with enhancement bidding and installation
• Assist Client Representative with showing the client’s vision of property to the crew
• Assist Client Representatives with work orders and service request

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, Landscape Maintenance, Agronomy, Floriculture, Forestry, Plant and Soil Science, Environmental Design, Turf Grass or Landscape Architecture preferred
• Previous experience working in the landscape industry
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver's license
