ASSOCIATE GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAM ANALYST – HUMAN RESOURCES / SACRAMENTO HEADQUARTERS
This position is a 12-month Limited-Term position that may be extended and/or become permanent.
The reporting location for this position is at the brand-new Natural Resources Headquarters building in Sacramento, California. This position will work under the direction of the Staff Services Manager III.
The incumbent will work on projects under the direction of other professional HR managers and staff. The HR Technology Analyst, specializing in ServiceNow HR Service Desk (HRSD) solutions, plays a pivotal role in evaluating, implementing, and maintaining the system to meet organizational needs. This includes identifying optimization opportunities with a strategic focus on scalability, efficiency, and enhancing the end-user experience. The analyst provides essential support and training to team members, fostering the adoption of HRSD and ensuring proficient utilization. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is a key aspect, involving the creation of tailored technology solutions to address their unique needs and challenges. Additionally, the analyst conducts thorough analyses of HRSD, identifying areas for improvement by assessing business processes, defining objectives, and proposing recommendations based on expertise. Documentation of HRSD processes, configurations, and updates is meticulously created and maintained, while system testing is conducted to guarantee the reliability, functionality, and integrity of design solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience and compliance with specified requirements.
This position is designated as telework eligible-remote centered.
Training and Development Assignments may be considered.
