Our client is a boutique commercial litigation firm located in Monmouth County who is looking to bring on an Associate Attorney. The successful candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Work on complex commercial litigation matters ...

Draft all documents
Handle commercial arbitration and/or mediations
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in commercial business and real estate transactions, estate litigation and matrimonial work is a plus.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Experience in commercial litigation is required.
Strong research and writing skills required. We offer a competitive salary and benefits.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Must be licensed to practice law in NJ ( and preferably NY)
3-5 years commercial litigation experience
