Beyond client relationships, you'll play a crucial part in asset management, working closely with our seasoned advisor to ensure optimal portfolio performance and growth.

Role:

• Build relationships with existing clients to better serve and support them. Initially you will work with 70-80 high value financial planning clients.
• Actively engage in new client acquisition to grow the practice.
• Attend client meetings, taking notes, documenting action items, and efficiently collaborating with the team on tasks.
• Perform in-depth analysis of client financial situations and create tailored financial plans.
• Assist in market research and portfolio management.
• Prepare financial planning summary letters.
• Follow up on client calls and requests.

Education, experience, and other designations preferred:

• Minimum requirement of an undergraduate degree or higher.
• Preferred: Over 10 years of experience in the financial planning industry.
• Required licenses (or commitment to obtaining within the first 3 months of hire): Series 7, Series 66, and Minnesota State Life & Health.
• CFP® designation preferred, or willingness to obtain over time.

Salary:

• Base salary $85k-$150k, commensurate with experience
• Bonus schedule
