We're hiring a Financial Planning Associate to work directly with our team of financial advisors to onboard, service, and provide essential support to our clients.
You will be the right hand of the advisor as they manage client relationships, create financial plans, and execute on action items to maximize client success.
That includes:
- Leading new client onboarding by coordinating with advisors and other team members
- Organizing and entering financial data received from clients during the onboarding process and thereafter
- Providing client analysis in cash flow areas to help drive 1:1 meetings
- Implementing Financial Planning strategies and action items for clients as directed by an advisor
- Using Salesforce to manage daily tasks and respond to advisor requests
- Participate in regular process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members from a variety of backgrounds and experiences to maintain high standards and resolve issues
- Other duties as required by current business needs

- You have a BA/BS+ or equivalent.
- Experience working with Salesforce, eMoney, and Schwab Advisor Services
- Technical competence related to qualified retirement plans, investment accounts, tax strategy, insurance, corporate structure, real estate, personal finance, and debt management
