About you –

• You are an advisory-registered representative with a solid foundation in client service and finance/business concepts
• You have worked in an environment that focuses on either finance, tax, estate, investment and/or law
• You are vitally interested in financial planning detail and enjoy research and analysis.
• You are highly organized, able to manage multiple projects with many details, and follow-through to completion
• You have excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
• You know how to engage in a positive way with clients and make them feel supported and appreciated.

Job responsibilities -

• Manage relationships with existing and new clients by efficiently and thoroughly handling their needs (this is NOT a sales position)
• Provide manufacturing support for financial planning and investment teams
• Prepare financial models and analyze client data
• Process insurance and investment applications and pro-actively respond to outstanding issues
• Manage “business in motion”
• Respond to client service requests
• Maintain reporting systems related to clients, assets and production
• Support firm’s marketing activities and fulfill compliance requirements

Requirements –

• 3-5 years of experience in a client facing support role for a wealth management firm or bank
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance is preferred
• FINRA registration (Series 6 or 7, Series 66 or 65/63)
• 2+ years of experience with financial/investment modeling
• 1+ years of experience using a CRM system (we use Redtail)
• 2+ years of experience in providing client service
• Strong MS Office experience
• Experience with eMoney, Wealthscape and other industry software would be helpful
