Apple is seeking an experienced Associate Event Manager to enhance our Worldwide Events and Experiences team. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, has a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll demonstrate creativity, integrity, attention to detail, a highly developed sense of quality and accountability. We’re looking for someone who can bring our brand to life through the lens of the full attendee experience! The Experiential team is charged with bringing Apple’s iconic brand and products to life through engaging and immersive activations, custom designed for our high touch audiences around the world (media, content creators, culture leaders, etc). The Experiential team also supports the larger Worldwide Events team producing product launches and key business moments like the Worldwide Developers Conference.

  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience in event support, production or management
  • Mac & Mac tools proficient (Keynote, Numbers, Pages)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as an influential presenter
  • Project development and management experience, including developing strategies, compelling presentations, and operational plans
  • Be flexible, agile, collaborative, and positive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Applies design process to the work with an obsession for details and strive for impeccable and flawless execution
  • A passion for building brands and challenging status quo, with a cultural awareness that informs key concepts and emerging trends
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity while still setting objectives and advancing deliverables
  • Facilitate cross unit collaboration and communication amongst internal collaborators and partners, and well as our external resources
  • Establish expectations and timelines to ensure parallel and independent work streams all complete simultaneously, seamlessly, and according to plan

WHAT YOU’LL DO The Associate Events Manager will bring creativity to event concepts that are fresh, unique, and relevant for the brand but always focused on the audience experience, delivering world-class events. Job functions will revolve around our product experiences with functions including project management, scheduling, budget management, logistics, operations and on-site support. This position will work cross-functionally across Apple's portfolio of Events & Experiences to deliver exceptional results. In some cases this person may lead, in others they may play a critical supporting role. The position requires a dedication to delighting customers, employees and partners, uncompromising professionalism, and the ability to innovate down to the details to deliver exceptional physical and virtual experiences. Willing to travel on request. Key Areas of Responsibilities: - Ownership of key product categories to ensure consistent management of cross-functional relationships. - Participation in pre-planning and on-site support of Worldwide Events initiatives including Global Launches, WWDC and other key projects. - Managing projects from beginning to end - ideation, planning, cross functional collaboration, timelines, onsite management, vendor oversight, budget oversight, and event day management - Working closely with cross-functional partners to understand project objectives and expectations.   • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700.00 and $166,600.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
