JOB SUMMARY
Coordinate and manage the timely and successful onboarding of Medline PHD customers and their E-procurement/EMR systems to integrate with Medline’s environment to enable order placement, billing, etc. Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knowledge of industry Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and the process in which they integrate with Medline; includes maintaining relationships with EMR vendors. (EPIC, Wellsky, KanTime...)
- Liaison between Sales, Customer, EMR Vendors, and EDI/IS analysts and support resources
- Creation and execution of of implementation plan across Medline’s IS team, Medline Sales Team, vendors, and customers, including coordination of meetings when needed.
- Track project statuses, ensuring prompt completion while keeping all parties proactively notified. Ensure that projects and activities are staying on track at all times.
- Provide update reporting to customers as requested.
- Provide timely reporting/visibility to internal IS and Sales Management on project progress and obstacles
- Ability to assess/troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
- Develop SOP’s/training documentation for internal staff, sales personnel, vendors, and/or customers. Enhance EMR digital capability documentation as needed.
- Lead 8-10 EMR projects in parallel

Work Experience
- 2+ years of Project Manager experience (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Solid technical aptitude & quick learner; Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office products; Proficient with MS Access, V-lookup and Pivot tables a plus
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, strong communication skills (written and oral). Ability to build/manage project plans. Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
- Familiarity with common EMR platforms such as EPIC, KanTime, Wellsky & others is a Plus.
- Familiarity with EDI, XML, or flat file data translation is a plus.

The anticipated salary range for this position is$53,040 to $99,230 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
