***Project Manager - Supply Chain-Retail-eCommerce-ERP*** Looking for local greater Seattle, WA area candidates
***This role has an initial duration of 6 months. This resource will be required to work onsite 2 days per week (Seattle, WA)***
Required Skills
- 5+ years in IT; 3+ years of Project Management experience working on medium to large enterprise projects ($1 million+) with Project Manager duties such as managing timelines, risks, issues and supporting in the resolution of them. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain, preferably with experience managing multiple vendor bids, LSPs (logistics service provider) and inbound shipment operations
- Experience within retail/ecommerce implementing Freight sourcing, Freight Audit and pay. There will be some amount of business process mapping/ requirements gathering in this role.
- Familiarity and project experience (2+ years) working in an agile environment. This role will require wearing multiple hats within project delivery and prioritizing work with multiple tracks of work so familiarity in this environment would be necessary.
- Knowledge of ERP and related systems
What We Need:
- The successful candidate will, with minimal direction, provide Project Manager duties such as managing timelines, risks, issues and supporting in the resolution of them.
- They will also support with business process mapping and working with external vendors providing platform services, to ensure that the operations teams needs are being met.
- In this role, it is critical to have a background in supply chain, preferably with experience managing multiple vendor bids, LSPs and inbound shipment operations.
- You demonstrate leadership by supporting the growth and development of your team as a whole and individually.
- Works closely with technology PM, external vendor PM’s to track delivery of multiple projects
- Critical thinker to determine processes, schedules and timelines for project inception to go live
- Document business problem statements and seek solutions for them that are aligned with cross-functional teams
- Able to wear multiple hats with project delivery, prioritize work with multiple tracks of work
- Able to work with technology and product partners with supporting business requirements
- Tracks RAID log items and has great follow through on items
- Able to communicate to multiple levels of the organization, comfortable with day to day project communications and sr. leadership reviews
- Documentation of process maps (to-be), system and data flow
- Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures.
