Summary
The Associate, eLearning, Travel Retail Worldwide will be responsible for the administration and global coordination of the Travel Retail Education Hub E-Learning site. The candidate should be an organized individual with the ability to prioritize and excel in deadline-driven environment, possess strong organization skills and clear communication skills, demonstrate an eye for design, with a focus on efficient project and timeline execution.
Responsibilities
Content Management and Publishing
- Upload education content in all available languages onto the back-end system of Travel Retail’s E-Learning platform, granting proper regional permissions and user roles to the respective audience
- Manage the E-Learning visual asset inventory by sourcing product shots and social images with correct aesthetic for non-branded E-Learning content
- Resize images in accordance with CMS configuration, using image editing tools such as Photoshop or equivalent
- Edit learning modules in all required languages in Retailer-specific layout and export learning modules to SCORM files when necessary
- Support with editing Articulate Rise modules when necessary
E-Learning System support
- Act as subject matter expert for the E-Learning Content Management System, User Management Admin portal, Brand Management Admin portal, and the Analytics Dashboard
- Partner with E-Learning lead to isolate any opportunities for improvement or enhancement as it pertains to E-Learning for the team/function. Communicate and escalate any issues/opportunities as needed.
- Support work with development team to keep track of project timelines
- Utilize User Management Admin portal to manage user activation/deactivation process
- Compile bi-weekly user upload lists from Regional Education Managers
- Communicate with all cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of user uploads in accordance with the upload schedule
- Administration of Brand Management Admin portal - add/delete brands from specific regions/subregions/countries when necessary
- Govern permissioning process to ensure all E-Learning users have access to the proper content for their role
- Act as primary contact for E-Learning Analytics Dashboard team - pull user and content data reports for weekly refreshes
- Support coordination of the content migration process from TR U to ELC Academy
- Work with Project Learn team to generate content mapping documents to execute against
E-Learning Help Desk support
- Manage the Helpdesk inbox and respond to “Help” emails, providing High Touch Customer Service level support
- Work closely with the development teams to troubleshoot issues reported by E-Learning platform/Dashboard users
- Partner with IT stakeholders and E-Learning Senior Manager to manage communication and fixing of system bugs
- Governance of helpdesk documentation/user support script, update as necessary when new enhancements are introduced to the platform
· Quality Assurance and Testing
- Ensure quality is considered throughout delivery. Conduct functional QA testing, performance testing, and other forms of Quality Assurance to ensure outputs are thoroughly tested and proven before deployment
- Support the testing of the E-Learning platform on both backend and frontend for bugs, new enhancements, and new languages across all platforms and devices
- Assist with logging and documenting issues on JIRA
Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- Extraordinary attention to detail, error-free execution
- Outstanding organization skills
- Project management skills – must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Content Management Systems (Drupal) is preferred
- Fully capable of using MAC & PC software including Outlook, Photoshop, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Basic knowledge of Articulate Rise, JIRA & HTML is helpful but not required
- Strong eye for design and layouts
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments, regions while also working independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills when communicating with people of all levels in our organization
- Enthusiasm for learning new technology
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Growth mindset and optimistic, positive, can-do attitude
- Bilingual skills are a plus (especially Chinese, Korean, or Spanish)
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,500 to $90,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
