Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. seeks Associate Director, US Lead – GBM Client Insights & Analytics in New York, NY to work closely with the GBM US Chief Operating Officer (COO) and designated business leaders to assist with the design, development, and execution of GBM US Strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Math, Computer Science, or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing experience in financial services, reporting, or analytics role; working with wholesale banking products, focusing on corporate lending; utilizing quantitative and analytical skills to manage large data sets; designing and delivering reporting using Power BI and Tableau. utilizing Advanced Excel including, Pivot Tables, Nested Formulas, and Charting; interpreting data and spotting patterns, anomalies, and opportunities; presenting to senior executives and creating supporting materials; liaising with stakeholders and forming cross-functional partnerships. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in the above-listed fields and three (3) years of experience in the above-listed skills.
