Associate Director, Software Engineer

We're looking for an Associate Director, Software Engineer to:
Gather and analyze business requirements for the development team. Write Java, JSP, and JavaScript code to develop application functionality.
Write and maintain DB scripts including SQL queries.
Provide production support, analysis, and fix code issues by utilizing issue tracking system, version control system, and cloud monitoring tools.
Collaborate with development team and mentor new team members.
Attend standup, retrospective and iteration planning meetings.
Provide regular updates to users on the progress of their requests.
