  • Develop a network of executive, lawyer, board member, investor, and policymaker contacts as a resource for program content and to serve as program speakers.

  • Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions as requested by faculty and independently as required for various programs, including new Corporate Governance focused initiatives and classes.

  • May participate in development of budgets, monitor, and approve expenditures. May perform limited forecasting and provide recommendations that determine the budget.

  • Keep abreast of key developments and trends in Corporate Governance; engage in research related to aspects of Corporate Governance and business law, and/or assist with faculty research as needed.

  • In consultation with the Communications Manager, create and deploy online web content and online marketing strategies and systems related to active projects.
