Security Properties Residential has an opening for a Associate Director, Marketing!

The Associate Director of Marketing is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's advertising and promotion activities. This role will manage CRM systems and support the development of all division websites. An ideal candidate in this role will assess the future trends and train, mentor and hire the team members in the marketing department.
Requirements for this position include a combination of education and related experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or other related field, or equivalent experience is preferred. 3+ years' experience in Multifamily marketing experience, leading and building the marketing department for a fast-paced company.
