AddressAn associate broker in FINEX cyber team manages the day-to-day servicing of large and complex accounts working in conjunction with other brokers; develops business relationships with producers and internal resources; negotiates with underwriters regarding coverage terms, conditions and pricing on new and renewal accounts; prepares quotes, cover notes and worksheets; supports new business opportunities; and verifies accuracy of insurance documentation.

The Role:
- Support a book of business by performing day to day client service tasks
- Responsibility for creation and design of renewal strategy documents for client presentations focusing on the design, marketing and placement of cyber insurance programs
- Analysis and reporting on the risk profiles of client’s unique finance, regulatory, and legal exposures
- Facilitate communication between broker teams and underwriters during client renewal cycles
- Provide support for new business opportunities including expanding relationships with current clients, participating in the preparation and response for Requests for Proposals, and general prospecting support
- Support, present and further develop FINEX cyber analytical tools
- Participate and lead client meetings including Renewal Strategy Presentations, Underwriter Meetings, Renewal Update Conference Calls and Post-Renewal Reviews
- Develop relationships with Producers, Client Advocates and Client Relationship Directors within the geographic region
- Be proficient in Willis Towers Watson compliance and best practices
- Regularly utilize Willis Towers Watson tools and resources
- Prepares draft proposals, submissions and quotes
- Follows up with insurance carriers and underwriters regarding the status of quotes and provides any additional information or rates as necessary
- Maintains business relationships with producers and underwriters
- Maintains knowledge of insurance carriers and their business practices
- Responsibly represent WTW as a colleague within the FINEX Cyber Practice
The Requirements:
- 1-3 Years of Professional Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of Finance and Accounting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines
- Intellectual curiosity to learn and become proficient in FINEX insurance products
- Ability to work productively and collaboratively in a team setting
- Solid presentation skills – written and oral
- Demonstrates knowledge of core insurance principles & provide explanation to clients
- Ability to conduct research
- Understanding of required placement workflows
- Ability to deal with difficult client situations
- Demonstrates knowledge of insurance structures
- Insurance Broker’s P&C License Preferred
