What You’ll Do

As an Associate CRM Manager at Dermalogica, you'll embark on a journey where you play a pivotal role in nurturing and retaining our cherished customers. Join us in shaping lasting connections with our diverse customer base. Your mission will be to mastermind email and SMS marketing campaigns, execute revenue-boosting CRM strategies, enhance the customer experience journey, and optimize CRM initiatives through product innovation, cross-selling, and up-selling strategies. Collaborate seamlessly with various teams, report on key business metrics, and contribute to the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.

The position is based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA, with applicable hybrid on site back to work guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and manage compelling email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Champion a comprehensive email and SMS marketing calendar, encompassing welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and lapsed buyer campaigns.
  • Strategize CRM initiatives that align with our core brand attributes of education, personalization, and inclusivity.
  • Foster a close relationship with the Analytics team to identify growth opportunities and harness data-driven insights.
  • Develop intricate customer journey maps and continuously refine customer communications.
  • Execute RFM analysis and meticulously segment customers for personalized messaging.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize performance continually.
  • Support Dermalogica Rewards and Subscription Programs.
  • Coordinate on-site campaigns and promotions harmoniously with CRM efforts.
  • Provide creative direction for emails and landing pages.
  • Leverage various tools to report on business metrics.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry best practices.
  • The role reports directly to the Senior Retention Manager.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of e-commerce and email marketing expertise.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce marketing tools/software (CMS, email, SMS, promotions, advertising, spreadsheets, reporting) required.
  • Experience with Asana, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, RetentionX, Shopify, and Tableau is a plus.
  • Passion for the beauty and skincare industry, coupled with an in-depth understanding of diverse customer needs and behaviors.
