Associate Chief Of Staff

Join Village Super Market, a locally-owned food retailing organization, as Associate Chief of Staff for our Central Kitchen in Bronx, NY. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure organizational success. Your responsibilities as Associate Chief of Staff will include overseeing special projects, optimizing internal processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with facility and department leads to align initiatives with company objectives and drive impactful change across the organization.

Significant responsibilities include:

• Act as a liaison between Director and site leadership team and various departments, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with overall organization goals.
• Drive forward select cross-organizational projects to execute the strategic vision of the organization.
• Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
• Manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of leadership development programs.
• Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the organization.
• Analyze relevant data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators to the executive team.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity
• SAP User Experience a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
