Denbeaux & Denbeaux Law seeks an attorney to join our small, growing New Jersey practice. As one of the leading consumer protection firms in New Jersey, our primary areas of practice include prosecution of used car auto fraud and prosecuting aggressive tax foreclosure sale predators. We focus on helping New Jersey consumers fight against predatory lending practices, foreclosures, and illegal repossessions through debt defense and enforcement of homeowner rights through the Real Estate Settlement Practices Act, the Consumer Fraud Act, TCCWNA, and other state and federal statutes and regulations.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-directed and capable of managing their own caseload with supervision and support. Education and mentoring will be provided as foreclosures, RESPA, and used car sales are unique practice areas. What sets our firm apart is we genuinely care about changing the foreclosure and lending landscape by serving our clients in a positive atmosphere.
We hire only good team players and people who are good at playing with others. Intelligence, kindness, a sense of humor, and willingness to collaborate are all qualities that the successful candidate will have in spades.
This is a unique opportunity for new attorneys looking to gain experience or experienced attorneys looking for more flexibility in their working hours. This position is remote, but the candidate must be located in New Jersey and be able to appear in Court when required. Most of the litigation is done via Zoom or through AAA video arbitration, but some Court appearances are still required.
We prefer full-time at 40 hours per week but may be more flexible for the right candidate, making this a great opportunity for attorneys seeking more freedom in their hours.
