Qualified candidates will have a strong and sincere interest in bankruptcy practice and possess the ability to handle sophisticated Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights work at a national level.
Qualifications Required: Active Missouri licensure, or the ability to waive in, is required. At least two years of bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing and analytical skills are required.
