About the Job:
A Commercial Litigation Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to grow our Firm. If you are a Litigation attorney with at least two (2) years experience, looking to join a dynamic practice, please apply to be considered for a position in our Morristown, New Jersey office. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Court Appearances
• Conduct depositions
• Legal Research

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 2-4 years of litigation experience
• Previous insurance defense experience a plus
• Admitted to the New York Bar or admission pending a plus
