Associate Attorney

Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, dogged advocate with excellent writing and research skills, a passion for working with clients and co-workers, a willingness to take initiative and work hard, and a commitment to advancing civil rights for employees and victims of government misconduct. We strongly prefer candidates with a minimum of a year or two of clerkship or litigation experience (employment law experience is a major plus), a passion for legal writing, an ability to write independently, and excellent time-management and organizational skills. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
Compensation and Benefits: We are looking for a full-time associate. We offer competitive health benefits and an employer matching retirement contribution. Base salary range for this associate position is $80,000-$150,000.00 (depending on years of experience) plus annual and case origination bonuses.
