Banner Witcoff is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-4 years of intellectual property litigation experience for its Chicago, IL office. A background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering is preferred. Experience in district court litigation and inter partes review (IPR) is a plus.
Admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Illinois state bar and admission to practice before the USPTO is required. Qualified candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, writing sample, and transcripts (law school, undergraduate, and/or graduate).
