The candidate will manage and handle civil litigation cases venued in throughout Southern California. The firm has offices in Los Angeles County (Westlake Village) and San Diego County (Solana Beach). The firm is an active defense litigation firm which focuses on defending personal injury matters including automobile accident, premise liability and products liability cases.Responsibilities:
- File handling including preparing and responding to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing reports and summaries
- Law & Motion
Qualifications:
- Admission to California State Bar
- 5 plus years of civil defense litigation experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
