Moustakas Nelson is a boutique business, corporate, technology, and IP law firm looking for a business and/or litigation Associate Attorney. Billables of 1,200-1,500 hours. We value a work-life balance and are happy to accommodate part-time and hybrid attorneys.The ideal candidates can work well independently in a collegial, supportive environment, and are ambitious in servicing existing firm clients as well as assisting in bringing in new business to the firm.
Qualifications:
- J.D. Degree
- License to practice law in New Jersey. Additional state(s) are a plus.
- 2+ years experience as practicing attorney.
- Strong writing and communication skills and attention to detail.
