Associate Attorney - Family Law

Malinowski Hubbard, PLLC (MH Law) is seeking a Family Law litigation attorney with at least six years of trial experience to join our team. If you fit this description and have handled complex divorce and custody cases, including trials, please apply. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the nuts and bolts of Family Law litigation and comfortable with independently addressing equitable distribution, child custody, and support issues as they arise. At the same time, MH Law provides a friendly workplace where there is a free exchange of thoughts and bouncing of ideas off of one another. We have a superb, knowledgeable staff of paralegals and legal assistant who each have an integral role in the day-to-day operation of the firm. Our office is located in Fairfax near the Fair Oaks Mall. The expectation initially will be to report to the office most business days, however we will be transitioning to a hybrid model with opportunities to work from home in the foreseeable future. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
