Litigation-Employment Associate Attorney-Midlevel-Northern Virginia

AM Law 100 Firm's Northern Virginia office is seeking associates to join its litigation practice.

Requirements

• Experience: seeking a mid-level associate to join our Employment practice. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three of experience with employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery. Candidates with traditional labor law, OSHA, and/or transactional experience are preferred. Strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence are required. Candidates must work from the Northern Virginia office and must be admitted to the Bar of the state in which they work.
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience.
• The annualized salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000.
