Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting pleadings and motions, depositions and working with clients to prepare discovery and discovery responses. The candidate will also be responsible for mediation and court appearances.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensure to practice law in the State of Florida
- 2-3 years of experience in Insurance Defense litigation is a plus
