About the company
With 40 years of experience in the field, the firm has successfully represented commercial clients, real estate developers, home builders, and homeowners in applications for site plan and subdivision approval, variance proceedings, and other matters related to zoning and land use issues. The firm also represents clients in all aspects of a commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, initial due diligence and title review, contract and lease drafting and negotiation, and closing.
Job Responsibilities
We are in search of an Associate. Previous land use, zoning, redevelopment, municipal and/or transactional law experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train if candidate is willing to learn.
Requirements
• +5 years as an Associate Attorney
• Licensed in both NJ and NY.
• Must be willing to drive to and represent clients at night-time hearings.
