The Department of Emergency Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School invites applicants to apply for a faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level in the Department of Emergency Medicine. Duties will include providing emergent clinical care within the Emergency Room, contribute to further developing and expanding upon the clinical service at University Hospital, bedside teaching of residents, students and contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement projects at University Hospital.

Under Policy 100.3.1 Immunization Policy for Covered Individuals, if employment will commence during Flu Season, Rutgers University may require certain prospective employees to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless the University has granted the individual a medical or religious exemption.
