SalaryElla Skin, an advanced skin care provider in Rockville, MD, is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic assistant to help manage and maintain our office. The position will start on a part-time basis (about 10 hours a week) with a potential of more hours added over time.
Candidates interested in aesthetics or students aspiring to become aestheticians in the future are particularly welcome to apply—they would benefit from learning how a skincare practice is run and (those with strong potential and learning agility) may be trained by Ella Skin.
Key responsibilities include:
Office maintenance: keeping the main areas clean and organized, stocking the work area with necessary supplies, performing sanitation and disinfection procedures with occasional (monthly or quarterly) deep cleaning, laundry (twice a week).
Client coordination: meeting clients, performing check-outs, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls and text messages.
Managing stocks and online orders: monitoring online orders and performing packing and shipping of products, placing restocking orders and managing office supplies.
Other tasks related to Ella Skin operations, including assisting with maintaining Ella Skin social media presence.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
