Administrative Services - Fulfillment Specialist I

Our Fulfillment & Records Services department seeks a Fulfillment Specialist I. This role is responsible for filling, delivering and shipping requests for associates and agents, maintaining our inventory of forms and keeping all state approval lists up to date.

The pay range for this position is $15.00- $16.00 an hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

Be ready to:

•  fill and deliver interoffice order
• fill and ship form and kit requests to agents and field associates
• deliver FedEx, UPS and Office Depot packages to The Cincinnati Life Insurance Company
• check inventory of stocked forms, pull a copy if a reprint is needed and send to the Printing department
• assist in stocking shelves with forms from the Printing department and outside vendors
• work switchboard and Fulfillment Specialists I responsibilities on a hybrid schedule

Be equipped with:

• the ability to spend six to eight hours standing and walking
• the ability to lift 60 pounds

Bring education and experience from:

• prior warehouse or shipping experience (preferred)
• knowledge of Cincinnati Life forms and policies
• knowledge of shipping systems
