Title: Assistant Vice President - Technical Digital Solutions Center
Duties: The Assistant Vice President - Technical Digital Solutions Center (Multiple Positions) at EXLService.com, LLC in New York, NY will be responsible for designing and creating workflows and capture process design to automate business processes. Perform Hyland OnBase Studio workflow design, analysis, creation, and implementation. Work on document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information pertaining Image and workflow platform. Configure settings related to Document Management System functions such as Document Types, Document Type Groups, AutoFill keyword sets, Data Sets, Keyword Updates. Design and develop Hyland OnBase solutions to complex applications problems, for use by clients and internal operations. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of Image and workflow platform. Gather, analyze, and create technical specification documents. Design and develop REST/WEB APIs and perform configuration changes. Design, review and implement Document Management Systems based solutions. Participate in walk-through, inspections and review meetings. Compile standards and processes in the test organization. Identify synergies across workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes. Coordinate with cross-application for upstream and downstream impact analysis. Perform security analyses of developed or packaged Image and Workflow software components. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States. $169,229 per year.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Employer will accept 3 year or 4 year bachelor's degree. Must have 5 years of professional experience designing and creating workflows to automate business processes. Must include 5 years of experience with each of the following: (1) Hyland OnBase -Enterprise Content Management technology; (2) .NET technology, C#; (3) Web and REST APIs; (4) Microsoft Visual Studio; (5) Microsoft SQL Server; (6) Unity API Scripts; and (7) Developing integrations between multiple applications and vendors. In addition, must have 2 years of experience working in a TPA environment.
