The ideal candidate will be responsible, driven, and have a great work ethic. You will act as the Assistant Manager and assist the GM in supervising all relevant personnel.
Responsibilities
Handle communications with both guests and property owners
Ensure all guests have the BEST, most hassle free, and fun filled vacation while staying with us
Assist in handling day to day operations
Help with Coordination with cleaners to ensure all rooms are ready for our guests to have a 5 star first impression
Communicate with our maintenance department so that all repairs necessary are completed in an efficient and timely manner
Work with the GM to manage our booking calendars/platforms to maximize profits for our owners
Set short and long term goals for your delegated departments of the company
Assist with conducting regular meetings with staff so the team is always on the same page
Ensure that all employees are cared for just as we care for our guests and property owners
Qualifications
Ability to genuinely care for our guests, clients, and employees (Required)
High school diploma or GED (Required)
College Degree (Desired)
Experience with Google Suite
Experience with Guesty
6-18 months of property management experience (Desired)
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role (Desired)
Experience managing cleaning crews and maintenance (Desired)
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills (Required)
Entrepreneurial mindset
Customer service skills
Conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask, delegate, and prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to make decisions and resolve problems

40-55k yearly w/ Bonuses (Will be based on experience, knowledge, and overall skill set)
